Situated on the ground floor, TGV Mesra Mall in Kerteh, Kemaman is the first ever modern multiplex in the state of Terengganu. It opened with three halls on 25 September 2010, with the capacity for another two more on the premises. The mall itself is reportedly a RM 100 million shopping complex built on a 12ha site which opened its doors to shoppers in the Kerteh petroleum town back in October 2008 and promises to be a new landmark for shoppers and tourists coming to Terengganu, according to its website. With Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd managing the operations, the complex is developed by KLCC (Holdings) Sdn Bhd through its two subsidiaries - Metro Kemasik Sdn Bhd and KLCC Projek Sdn Bhd.
