The 8-screen GSC Bintang Megamall, Miri opens on 7 February, 2013 and is the first GSC cinema in Sarawak. It is the second cinema to branch out from the GSC Lite branding after GSC Mentakab Star Mall, Pahang (March 2012). This cinema is also the first GSC cinema nationwide for which all of its halls are completely digital, and is the first cinema in Miri to offer the 3D experience for moviegoers with three 3D screens.
