Watch this if you liked: “The Awakening”

The Good, the Bad and the Mansion's Secret:

• A visually stunning gothic thriller that sends chills down your spine.

• With the tension, anxiety and creepiness slowly building up throughout the story, the film is certainly one that will give audiences a truly horrifying experience.

• Beautiful costume designs and sets, creative use of colours and great balance in CGI usage.

• The performance from Tom Hiddleston and Mia Wasikowska is great, but the one who really steals the show is Jessica Chastain, who will make you love and hate her at the same time.

Trivia:

• Benedict Cumberbatch was originally cast as the male lead but was replaced by Tom Hiddleston. Hiddleston asked his blessing before accepting the role as they are good friends in real life, and he is happy to have been replaced by Hiddleston.
