The Good, the Bad and the Lifeless Home:

• Haunted house in a horror film is pretty much the norm, but the film managed to set itself apart from other horror flicks with its scares and unique twists.

• The film has a great build-up on several horror scenes, making you slowly anticipate the jump scares while the fear and tension consume you.

• Thanks to the audio effects which are mostly high shrills, loud pounding sounds and intolerable drag of sharp objects, the movie will make you feel super strained and uneasy.

• Though the film certainly has a unique twist, but it sort of reduces the horror level of the film and you would expect more after all the build-up it's given.
