Megan Fox (born 16 May 1986) might be foxy but she's born under the sign of the Fire Tiger. She has two upcoming movies in 2010 before "Transformers 3" in 2011 – they are "Passion Play and "Jonah Hex". The former seems to have some filming issues so it's likelier we'll only get to see latter, a superhero adaptation from one of DC Comics' lesser-known characters. Our Megan will play Leila, a gun-toting prostitute who's a love interest for Jonah Hex. The corset alone is mouth-watering!
Talking about corsets, the fiery Penélope Cruz (born 28 April 1974 under the sign of the Wood Tiger, ahem ahem...) last gave us an eyeful in the "Nine" musical, playing Daniel Day-Lewis' mistress. She'll be in "Sex and The City 2", playing someone called Lydia but that's only a cameo appearance, we heard. More interesting is that the feral actress is listed as Blackbeard's daughter in 2011's "Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides".
Just like Cruz, Hollywood's one-time favourite son Leonardo DiCaprio (born 19 November 1974) is also a Tiger baby of '74. He has two movies this year - "Shutter Island" and "Inception". The former has already done its fair share of damage at the box office, while the latter is a highly-anticipated sci-fi, written and directed by the people behind "Batman Begins" and "The Dark Knight".
Tom Cruise (born 3 July 1962 under the sign of the Water Tiger) has only one movie due this year, the rom-com "Knight & Day" opposite Cameron Diaz. He must be putting all his efforts into "Mission Impossible IV" due next year where he will return as Ethan Hunt, while co-producing it with J.J. Abrams of "Cloverfield" fame.
Demi Moore (born 11 November 1962, a Water Tiger like Tom Cruise) has two upcoming movies that are waiting to be released – "Happy Tears" with Parker Posey and "The Joneses" with David Duchovny. These sound like drab dramas but there's also an upcoming fantasy actioner called "Bunraku" with Josh Hartnett and Woody Harrelson where she'll play the femme fatale, a role that we fancy her best in.
Like Tom Cruise, the acclaimed actress Jodie Foster (19 November 1962) is no silent lamb but a Water Tiger as well! She has starred in some duds recently like 2008's "Nim's Island" opposite Gerard Butler with Abigail Breslin) so we're really looking forward to "The Beaver" which is apparently about a guy who walks around with a puppet of a beaver on his hand and treats it like a living creature. Foster is directing the comedy, while co-starring with Mel Gibson.
