After watching the amazing action-laden trailer for "Tiger Zinda Hai", we got to admit it gave us goosebumps! After all, fans have waited long enough for the sequel to the smash hit, "Ek That Tiger", which was released back in 2012.
It has been 5 years since "Ek Tha Tiger" and now we couldn't be happier to welcome back the continuation to that story. This time around, the plot follows the real life incident of when the Indian government had to rescue a number of Indian nurses who were held by the Islamic State of Iraq. With a premise like that there is definitely some kickass action to be expected by Tiger himself!
Apart from having the international touch of being shot in many beautiful foreign locations like Greece, Morocco, Austria and Abu Dhabi, the movie has also enlisted Hollywood stunt director Tom Struthers as the action director who has worked on "Batman Begins", "The Dark Knight", "The Dark Knight Rises", "Inception" and "Dunkirk", so yeah, basically most of Christopher Nolan films.
After Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol, there is no better chemistry that comes to mind apart from that of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. Did we mention that the pair had also dated in real life? Every time this combo plays out on the big screen, it is undeniable that the sparks between them are noticeably real.
"Swag Se Swagat" was a big hit when it was unveiled before the movie's release and "Dil Diyan Gallan" was next. The latter which will see the stars decked out in formal wear to Waltz in a romantic number, already have set hearts fluttering as the romance is just as anticipated as much as the action in "Tiger Zinda Hai".
The year 2017 certainly saw some hits and misses where Bollywood films are concerned. You had major blockbusters like "Raees", "Golmaal Again" and "Tubelight" (also starring Salman), and then the not so big films like "Chef", "Jagga Jasoos" and "Bhoomi" that turned out to be a surprising disappointments. So for "Tiger Zinda Hai", where does the scale tip towards? Whatever it is, judging by the reaction of the trailer alone, which has already established itself as the most 'Liked' trailer on YouTube, we definitely have a blockbuster on our hands this 22 December!
