Great movies that will take you outdoors (without leaving the house)

Being cooped up indoors 24/7 is not fun, we get that. Even homebodies need some greenery and sunshine from time to time and for outdoorsy people, this might as well be a court-ordered house arrest. But that's what movies are great for – escapism! In times like this, let's turn to movies that will take us to the great outdoors, without having to step out of the house. Stay home and stay safe, everyone, and enjoy these movies!

Martin Sheen stars in Spanish drama film "The Way" (2010) as an ophthalmologist who walks the
Camino de Santiago with his son's ashes. The breath-taking view of ancient pilgrim routes that
stretch across Europe will calm even the most tumultuous of minds.

Can't get any more outdoorsy than a nature documentary. Give "Earth: One Amazing Day" (2017)
a spin, this sequel to 2007's 'Earth" has plenty of greenery to calm minds and the antics
of the cute animals will entertain little children and adults alike.

Let's take it to this side of the world with "Nota" (2015). This Maya Karin and Hans Isaac-starrer
is filmed at Bako National Park in Sarawak, Malaysia. The story, about a wife who returns from
their trip to the park alone without her husband, is tense but the
beautiful park will soothe the mind and soul.
