Just like its other locations, MBO Terminal 2 is offering a membership card to encourage regular patronage and customer loyalty. These cards can be purchased at the membership service counter located at each MBO Cinemas locations for RM110. With this card, members can purchase tickets through automated kiosks at the cinema lobby, sometimes at a discount, as well as collect points for additional rewards.

To also do their bit for the environment, MBO Cinemas claims to be the first cinema chain in Malaysia to use recyclable paper bags instead of regular plastic bags. Mr Toh Kim Hock, CEO and Managing Director of MBO Cinemas says, "We are doing our best to contribute to society by introducing the use of these paper bags, even though the cost to support is actually quite high, we will soon adjust to it over time".

MBO Terminal 2 is currently the fourth MBO Cinemas location after Galaxy Ampang (10 screens), Kluang Parade (5 screens), and Melaka Mall (7 screens). With regards to its future expansion, Mr Toh confirms that MBO Cinemas will be launching their fifth Cineplex in Batu Pahat with 8 screens, in early to mid December 2008, Harbour City Klang before mid-2009, and possibly a few others yet to be finalised at this time. It is also the fourth Cineplex in Seremban after the long dominant GSC in Terminal 1, Iswara KM Perdana in town, and the recently opened TGV in AEON Seremban 2.

To get there from the North South highway from Kuala Lumpur, take the first Seremban exit, turn left after the toll, turn left at the third set of traffic lights at the top of the hill, and turn right at the next traffic lights. From Terminal 1 Seremban, take the road that goes up the hill just behind Terminal 1, and it's less than a kilometre away.
