The Golden Couple – Dianna Agron & Alex Pettyfer bites the dust

23 Feb – The on and off-screen couple of D.J Caruso's sci-fi romance "I Am Number Four", Dianna Agron and Alex Pettyfer allegedly calling it quits after less than a year of dating due to Pettyfer's raunchy magazine spread and the actor is now on a post-break up jealousy rampage, reports People and Popeater.

According to reports from multiple online sites, Agron, 24, who stars as Quinn Fabray on the Fox hit series "Glee" has even moved out of the home the two shared last week and currently staying in a hotel under an assumed name.

Some reports even mentioned that Agron initiated the split shortly after pictures – shot by famed Lindsay Lohan photographer Tyler Shields – were released of a barely clothed Pettyfer with models Lydia Hearst and Leven Rambin with one the images showing the actor in a lip- lock with one of the girls.

But the shoot took place long before the duo even began dating.

Us weekly reports that ever since the split, Pettyfer, 20, has been on the warpath and he was reported to have confronted Sebastian Stan ("Black Swan" actor) about the rumours that he slept with Dianna.

E! Online however has a different story. A source close to the pair claims that Alex can be a "little controlling."

The source continued, "He would always take her phone and read her messages and seemed really paranoid that she would cheat. Dianna would never do that."

"I Am Number Four" is about the life of Number Four, one of nine infant aliens who were sent to earth for protection from their enemy, the Mogadorians and tired of running, Number Four decides to fight back for the girl he loves with the help of reliable allies.

Cinema Online's "I Am Number Four" guests recently got the opportunity to catch Number Four's extra-terrestrial actions at GSC Tropicana City Mall. After the screening, we asked some of our viewers what they thought of the movie overall and how many stars would they rate it out of 5.

Rany Melissa: "Great movie, moderate effects yet not enough actions. 4 stars."

Angelina Lim (left): "Beautiful female stars, interesting storyline. 4 stars."

"I Am Number Four" will be showing at cinemas in Malaysia and Singapore on 24 February 2011.
