26 Nov – In an outstanding result this week, "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" went straight to the top of weekend movie box office (22-24 November), ruling over acclaimed new films like "Captain Phillips", and finally beating out "Thor: The Dark World" from their top spot last week. The "Hunger Games" sequel also made history by setting a U.S. and Canadian record for November ticket sales and hauling in a huge $307.7 million (RM988.8 million) around the world.
