9 Mar – Considering his work, it is high time that James Franco received his own name on a star in the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and he did, just recently. His friend and co-star in the upcoming "This Is The End" film, Seth Rogan and "Oz The Great And Powerful" director Sam Raimi were invited to take the stage to introduce to the newly honoured star. Franco first became noticed in the TV show "Freaks And Geeks", in which he starred with Rogen and Jason Segel. He went on to star in blockbuster films like the "Spiderman" franchise, also directed by Raimi. Franco was even nominated for an Oscar for his performance as Aron Ralston in "127 Hours".
The 34-year-old actor is currently promoting "Oz", and was joined by his mom and his brother and fellow actor Dave Franco during the Walk of Fame ceremony in Hollywood. During the ceremony, the multi-talented actor posted a funny photo of himself laying across his star and holding his "Oz The Great And Powerful" doll. "Oz The Great And Powerful" is currently playing in theatres in Malaysia and Singapore.
