Chris Hemsworth named 2014's Sexiest Man Alive.

20 Nov – Australian actor, Chris Hemsworth, has been crowned by People's Magazine as 2014's Sexiest Man Alive.

Upon hearing the news, the 31-year-old father of three thought it was "pretty funny", Comingsoon.net reports. The actor even joked to his wife, 38-year-old Spanish actress Elsa Pataky, that he was now above doing his household duties.

Hemsworth's debut in Hollywood was through his 2009's film, "Star Trek", as George Kirk. He has since starred in numerous films such as "Ca$h", "The Avengers", "Thor" and "Rush", with his most prominent character played on screen being Marvel's Thor, the Asgardian God of thunder.

Hemsworth will be flaunting his good looks on the silver screen in his upcoming 2015 movies, "Blackhat", "In the Heart of the Sea", "Vacation", and "Avengers: Age of Ultron".
