3 Oct – Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is in talks to star in yet another movie. This wrestler-turned-actor might soon turn "Baywatch" lifeguard in the upcoming movie about sexy lifeguards. "Baywatch" is originally a long-running American action drama series about a team of lifeguards who patrol the beaches of Los Angeles County, California, doing so while looking inexplicably stunning in their "uniforms". Talks of adapting it into a movie have been floating around for a while. Now fans may finally see it come to fruition, with Dwayne Johnson starring in it to boot! According to The Hollywood Reporter, Paramount is finally going ahead with the big-screen adaptation and has its eyes set on the "Hercules" actor as the lead for the movie. No other names have been mentioned as part of the possible cast but it is confirmed that Justin Malen will be penning the script. Meanwhile Sean Anders and John Morris, the comedy writing team responsible for "We're the Millers" and "Horrible Bosses 2", are set to direct. While it is not confirmed yet whether Johnson will really be baring his washboard abs while running slow-motion on the beach, fans can still catch him on the big screen when his two upcoming movies "San Andreas" and "Fast & Furious 7" hit the cinemas in 2015.
