Hectic "Bullets Over Petaling Street"

(L-R) The cast and crew of "Bullets Over Petaling Street" strike a cool gun pose.

14 Feb – Nearly three years after the box office hit of "Petaling Street Warriors", Hong Kong-born director Sampson Yuen teams up with award-winning Malaysian stage director Ho Shih Phin for the anticipated modern action comedy, "Bullets Over Petaling Street".

Sampson Yuen recalls all the great support that he and the rest of the crew received from the people in Petaling Street.

"After completing the filming of our movie, I can really feel the warmth from the people of Petaling Street," Sampson said.

Speaking of some of the actors' roles in "Bullet Over Petaling Street", lead actress Debbie Goh addressed the different wardrobe that she needs to dress for her role as Angel.

"In this movie, I have to change from 30 different outfits, ranging from decent clothes to sexy clothes," Debbie said.

Cheryl Lee, who plays the female assassin named Cat Eyes, singled out that the most challenging thing she had to do was to handle a gun.

"I pulled my muscle during the gun scene. And frankly, it was tiring for me," Cheryl confessed.

Meanwhile, KK Wong who plays Cat Eyes' rival assassin named Leong, said that his role is particularly different than the other cast.

"Unlike them (the cast) who get to speak, my role mostly consists of using body languages to convey my cool-mannered character," KK said.

"Bullets Over Petaling Street" opens nationwide on 13 February.
