Jolie and Pitt reunite in "By The Sea"

Celebrity couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie reunite again onscreen after their hit film, "Mr and Mrs Smith"

21 Jul – It has been 9 years since the celebrity supercouple 'Brangelina' works together onscreen since their famous film, "Mr and Mrs Smith", now the power pair will reunite again in a new drama film, "By The Sea", reported by Empire Online.

The new film will be written and directed by Jolie herself. The film will mark the reunion of the power couple for the first time after the 2005 film, "Mr and Mrs Smith".

The supercouple, 'Brangelina' was born after Jolie and Pitt co-starred in 2005 film, "Mr and Mrs Smith"

Jolie confessed in a statement, "I am very happy to continue my relationship with Donna (Universal Pictures Chairman Donna Langley) and the entire Universal team as I finish 'Unbroken' and begin work on 'By The Sea'."

"They have created a very special place for storytellers, and I look forward to the continued passion and support they have provided to me as a filmmaker," Jolie added.

There is not much details known about the movie, however Jolie revealed to MTV that the film will be nothing like the action-packed thriller film "Mr and Mrs Smith" that birthed "Brangelina." Instead, "By The Sea" will be an "intimate, character-driven drama".

Jolie is currently working on Louis Zamperini film "Unbroken" that is set to release on 5 February 2015.
