26 Mar - Though John Green's first book to film adaptation "The Fault in Our Stars" has still yet to be released, one of his other popular books "Paper Towns" will be brought and adapted to the big screen. The same movie team from "The Fault in Our Stars", which include screenwriters Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber, producer Wyck Godfrey and John Green in the executive producer's chair with actor Nat Wolff who starred in "The Fault in Our Stars" as Isaac. Nat Wolff, who originally auditioned for "The Fault in Our Stars" main character, Gus, but ended up playing Isaac instead, will be starring as the main character, Quentin in "Paper Towns".
Green also took to Twitter to voice his excitement, "EXCITING NEWS! The (The Fault in Our Stars movie team is getting the band back together for PAPER TOWNS!....Paper Towns will have the same screenwriters (@iamthepuma and @thisisweber), same producers (@wyckgodfrey), same studio, AND @natandalex." The story of "Paper Towns" is of Quentin Jacobsen, who has spent a lifetime loving the magnificently adventurous Margo Roth Spiegelman from afar. So when she cracks open a window and climbs back into his life–dressed like a ninja and summoning him for an ingenious campaign of revenge–he follows. "Paper Towns" is Green's third Young Adult book after "Looking for Alaska" and "The Abundance of Katherines".
