9 May – It's official, the follow-up to Bollywood action movie "Bang Bang!" has started filming and one of its shooting locations will be none other than Malaysia. The second instalment of the Bollywood movie franchise started filming last weekend in Mumbai, according to Bollywood Life, and will then continue in Miami for a month. Filming in Malaysia will be done later this year, with the filming schedule revealed to be until this December. Unfortunately, fans who are hoping to catch a glimpse of Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif zipping down the streets of Kuala Lumpur on their motorcycle might be in for a disappointment as the duo will not be headlining the movie this time around. However, Sidharth Malhotra and Jacqueline Fernandez's fans will be glad to hear that these two Bollywood stars will be taking on the lead roles instead.
Though the new movie will be a follow-up to "Bang Bang!", technically it will not be a sequel, per se. The movie will reportedly follow a different story though still maintains its action genre. Sidharth Malhotra recently posted a photo along with directors Raj and DK on social media to prove that it will indeed not be called "Bang Bang 2!"
While the directors and actors have also been keeping mum about the new movie's title, Jacqueline Fernandez's Snapchat post revealed that it will be called "Reloaded". The first movie, "Bang Bang!", directed by Siddharth Anand, is an official remake of Hollywood movie "Knight and Day", starring Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz. It was one of the biggest Bollywood movies of 2014, having earned a worldwide gross of USD42,045,981, according to Box Office Mojo stats. "Reloaded" is expected to open in cinemas in 2017.
