2 Nov – Science just got more fun, 'superheroically' fun. Marvel's Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. (Scientific Training and Tactical Intelligence Operative Network) has officially landed in Singapore, bringing with it a whole bunch of Avengers-related items and knowledge superhero fans shouldn't miss out on. What's interesting about the exhibition is visitors don't just mill around staring at costumes and props on display, it is an interactive attraction that allows visitors to enlist in a mission and become qualified members of the Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. What is the mission? The official website states that visitors will enter as recruits and delve into the history, science, engineering, genetics, technology and profiles of Captain America, Hulk, Thor and Iron Man, with the objective of assembling case files on the characters.
By participating in this simulated recruitment, visitors will feel as if they were being trained to become Official Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N agents. While learning all this cool info, visitors will also be able to immerse themselves in the wide range of Avengers operational equipment including Captain America's uniform and shield, Iron Man's MK 45 suit, The Hulkbuster suit, Hawkeye and Black Widow uniforms and weapons, Bruce Banner's laboratory and Vision's birth cradle.
To join in the fun, get the tickets priced at SGD30 each for adults and SGD22 each for children aged 3 to 12 years old. Children below 3 years old are allowed free admission. Singaporean and PR adults and children will get discounted prices of SGD25 and SGD18, respectively.
