3 Aug – Anyone who's seen Rebecca Ferguson in the "Mission: Impossible" movies knows those legs are made for kicking and she's about to show off more of her kickass moves in yet another action movie. Well, presumably, since her role in the upcoming movie has yet to be revealed. It was only reported by Deadline that the actress has been tapped for a "plum role" in the "Men in Black" spinoff. The Sony Pictures' production, to be helmed by F. Gary Gray, stars Chris Hemsworth, Tessa Thompson and Liam Neeson. Other confirmed cast members include Les Twins, Kumail Nanjiani, Rafe Spall, and Emma Thompson, who will play the chief of the secret agency. Ferguson will be filming the "Men in Black" spinoff first before tackling her next role, starring as Rose The Hat in "Doctor Sleep". The movie adaptation of Stephen King's 2013 book of the same name has Mike Flanagan co-writing and directing, with Ewan McGregor attached to star as the grown up Danny Torrance, continuing his story after "The Shining". In the meantime, Ferguson can be seen reprising her role as former M16 agent Ilsa Faust in "Mission: Impossible Fallout", which has so far been receiving rave reviews from fans and critics alike.
