23 Mar – News broke last weekend of the Gal Gadot-starring "Wonder Woman 1984" being pulled from Warner Bros.' release schedule and reportedly getting a straight-to-streaming platforms release instead. Good news for the wonderful superhero's fans who have been anticipating the sequel, it will still be released in cinemas! IndieWire has confirmed that the studio has not made any changes regarding its theatrical release, so fans would still be able to see Wonder Woman back in action on the big screen. Though the studio did not reveal whether it was moving the Patty Jenkins-helmed sequel to a different date. At the moment, it is still expected to open in cinemas this June. If it does get postponed, however, it will join a growing list of blockbusters that have had to move to new dates following the closure of cinemas due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Movies that have been postponed include "Fast and Furious 9", "Mulan" and "Black Widow".
