21 Oct – Jason Momoa recently admitted that he got himself injured on the set of the upcoming "Aquaman" sequel multiple times since it began filming in July. In a recent virtual interview with Ellen DeGeneres, the actor listed down all of the injuries sustained throughout filming, saying, "I messed up my eyes and just got something in it that [kind of] cut it up and then I [have to] get surgery, I have a hernia, I got ribs out. I'm just getting beat up." "But it's [going to] be a great movie, you're [going to] love it," he then added.
Momoa, however, did not elaborate more on how he got all the cuts and bruises, saying instead that he just "get a little too excited." "And the age thing. I'm an aging superhero right now," the 42 year-old added. The upcoming film, titled "Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom" is helmed yet again by James Wan, and is scheduled for release on 16 December 2022. The movie also sees the return of Yahya Abdul-Mateen, Amber Heard, Patrick Wilson and Dolph Lundgren.
