11 Nov – Britney Spears has no interest to have a movie about her life right now, as she recently expressed on social media.

On 9 November, soon after Millie Bobby Brown's statement about wanting to portray her if there is any movie about the former pop princess, Britney posted on Instagram, " I hear about people wanting to do movies about my life... dude I'm not dead!!!"

"Although it's pretty f***** clear they preferred me dead... I guess my family is going to lock their doors now," she added, though the latter part of her post was directed more to her estranged family than to anybody else.

However, unlike the usual support, several netizens in the comments defended Millie, saying that Britney should take it as a compliment instead.

"When she said about making a movie about you, she was admiring you, don't take it offensively," said one commenter.

"Personally, I'd take Millie's comment about wanting to play you in a biopic as a compliment! Don't have to be dead to have a movie made about you," said another.

In a previous interview with Drew Barrymore, the "Stranger Things" star shared that she resonates with the "Baby, One More Time" singer and would love to play her.

"Just growing up, watching her videos, watching interviews of her when she was younger - I see the scramble for words and I don't know her, but when I look up pictures of her, I feel like I could tell her story in the right way and hers only," she said.
