8 Dec – Elizabeth Olsen seems to be everybody's choice for this year's 2022 People's Choice Awards, winning two accolades at the event.

The actress, who reprised her role as Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch in "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness" released in May this year, won Female Movie Star of 2022, besting contenders that include Keke Palmer ("Nope") and Gal Gadot ("Death on the Nile").

She also defeated most of the male actors in the Action Movie Star of 2022 category including "Top Gun: Maverick" actor Tom Cruise, "Black Adam" star Dwayne Johnson and the two Chrises (Pratt and Hemsworth).

On the other hand, her said superhero movie won Movie of 2022 as well as Action Movie of 2022.

Meanwhile, in other categories, BTS won against other groups including BLACKPINK and Coldplay to win Group of 2022, while the Kardashians still reign supreme in the reality category, with the show winning Reality Show of 2022 and Khloe Kardashian winning Reality TV Star of 2022.

And as much as it was criticised for exploiting tragedy and idolising serial killers when it was released on Netflix, the show 'Dahmer-Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story" won Bingeworthy Show of 2022.
