17 Aug - The 2016 Ho Yuhang action-flick, "Mrs K" is set to be adapted into a Hollywood movie. According to Deadline, 87North, the production founded by "Bullet Train" director David Leitch and "John Wick" helmer Chad Stahelski and ran by Leitch and Kelly McCormick, has acquired the said Malaysian-Hong Kong movie, to be penned by Mishna Wolff. The original film stars Hong Kong star Kara Hui as the titular Mrs K, a housewife who has to give up everything that she has to protect her family when enemies of her past come hunting her. The movie also stars Simon Yam, Wu Bai, as well as Malay movie star Faizal Hussein and Malaysian actress Ruby Yap. No news for the time being as to who will be playing the titular role in the upcoming Universal Pictures' film.
