27 Jun – Shah Rukh Khan has finally unveiled the first look of his comeback feature film, "Pathaan". On 25 June, which also marked the 30th anniversary of SRK's film debut, "Deewana", the actor shared a motion poster of the new movie, which featured him as a gun-toting hero. He wrote, "30 [years] and not counting [because your love and smiles] have been infinite. Here's to continuing with #Pathaan."

SRK also revealed that the film, produced by Yash Raj Films, will be released on 25 January 2023, in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. In a statement released by director Siddharth Anand, he said, "Thirty years of Shah Rukh Khan is a cinematic moment in itself in the history of Indian cinema and we wanted to celebrate it with his millions and millions of fans globally. Today is Shah Rukh Khan day and we need to tell the world that. This is team Pathaan's way of saying thank you to Shah Rukh for the countless memories and smiles that he has given all of us in his incredible journey in cinema." Prior to the said poster, SRK shared the first look of his other movie, "Jawan", directed by Tamil filmmaker, Atlee.
