24 Nov - mmCineplexes is rolling out a new location as it takes over the cinema at Berjaya Times Square! Their new flagship is located right in the heart of downtown Kuala Lumpur, and will be called mmCineplexes Plus (mmC Plus) - bringing you movies, memories, and more!
Look out for new concepts and offerings after their makeover, with a targeted soft opening at the end of December 2023. mmC Plus Berjaya Times Square will be introducing: 1. ELITE PLUS Elite Plus is boldly designed to provide a contemporary and intimate setting, featuring private twin-seating configuration with a lounge where you can unwind in comfort, and collect your food and drinks before your movie. Making their debut appearance in Kuala Lumpur, Elite Plus features Cabana and Smoove seat types.
Cabana: A World of Your Own Watching a movie with a loved one? Now you can stretch out to your heart's content in the widest seat type at an affordable price point. The standalone Cabanas come equipped with sturdy side tables, perfect for you to savour food and drinks, and are richly upholstered in earthy tones of taupe located at prime vantage rows. Be warned, you might just doze off. Smoove: Slide and Move Ease into the plush and ergonomically designed seat that slides and moves according to your posture. To create even more space, lift the centre armrest. Smoove seats also come with side tables which allows you to savour food and drinks during the movie. 2. KIDDO Kiddo isn't just about watching movies; it's about creating memories. Specifically tailored to entertain and engage children, this studio is designed with colourful visuals and age-appropriate themes. Kiddo offers a safe and fun environment for families to enjoy quality time together, introducing children to the enchanting world of movies.
