11 Jun - Divorce rumours between Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck has been further fuelled recently, after it was reported that the two are selling their marital mansion-home in Beverly Hills in California.

Sources alleged that the couple has hired a realtor from The Agency last month to sell the mansion, which they acquired at USD 60 million. However, there has been no interest in the home for the time being.

The two reportedly are asking for USD 65 million for the mansion, though they will suffer a financial loss with the sale due to the broker's commission as well as the money they have forked out for renovation and repairs.

The couple bought the home back in May 2023, 10 months after they tied the knot in Las Vegas. The mansion reportedly has 17 bedrooms, 30 bathrooms and a parking space for 8 vehicles.

It also has an indoor sports complex, a sports bar, outdoor lounging, a zero-edge pool and extensive grounds.

Rumours of the couple's impending divorce sparked after the two were said to have been living separately. Affleck was also spotted looking at houses with a friend, sans his wedding ring.

It was last month that a source claimed that the actor-director felt worn down by the marriage and disagreed with his wife's lifestyle.
