9 Sep - Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are now parents to a healthy and bouncing baby girl.

The couple, who have been together for six years, shared the good news on social media on 8 September with an image that read, "Welcome baby girl! 8.9.2024."

Many took to the comments to congratulate the couple, including stylist and TV personality Tan France, who posted, "HUGE congratulations to you. What wonderful news."

This is the first child for Ranveer and Deepika, who tied the knot in 2018. Earlier this week, the couple posted several photos from their pregnancy photoshoot.

The "Bajirao Mastani" couple announced their pregnancy in February this year and shared that they are expecting the birth of their baby in September.

Deepika will be seen next in "Singham Again", while Ranveer will be starring in "Don 3".
