5 Nov - Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have finally revealed the first photo of their baby - albeit only her pair of legs - on social media following her birth.

On 2 November, the couple posted the photo of their daughter's tiny feet. The baby was dressed in a red traditional attire, and her parents revealed that they have named their child Dua Padukone Singh.

"Dua meaning a Prayer. Because She is the Answer to our Prayers. Our hearts are filled with Love & Gratitude," the couple posted.

Fans seemed to be extremely receptive to the name, with one saying that the name DUA seemed to be the initials of Deepika, her mother Ujjala and sister Anisha's names, meaning that she is carrying three mothers' legacies.

Deepika and Ranveer, who have been married since 2018, welcomed their first child in September this year.
