"Jawan" rocks Japan as SRK's cinematic conquest heads East
3 Dec - Shah Rukh Khan is elated to hear the raving reviews of his movie, "Jawan", which has been recently released in Japan.

The Bollywood star recently reposted a video taken by a fan showing the Japanese poster of the Atlee-directed film being shown at a cinema theatre in Tokyo.

He wrote, "Been reading about the love pouring in from Japan for #Jawan... thank you all and hope you enjoy this film in your wonderful country. We made it from India for the world... and glad it's being enjoyed all over."

"My love and thanks to all who have watched it in Japan," the Bollywood king added.

The film has been in theatres in Japan since 29 November under the distribution of Twin, known for bringing Indian movies to Japan.

The film, which is SRK's second comeback film after "Pathaan" last year, made USD 140 million worldwide.
