Renner also stated that he has a lot to celebrate for in 2023, saying that he has been blessed with many great things.

"I have a giant family, a 10-year-old daughter. I would have disappointed and messed up a lot of people's lives if I passed. There's a lot for me to fight for. Recovery is a one-way road in my mind. I still work hard every day," he said.

Renner was hospitalised with a blunt chest trauma and orthopaedic injuries after he was run over by his Sno-Cat vehicle while trying to save his nephew from being run over by the snowplow.
