16 Apr – It was the meeting of two filmmaking giants, as Kamal Haasan recently hosted Oscar-winning Mexican filmmaker, Alfonso Cuarón at his place of work. The Indian thespian recently posted several photos of him meeting Cuarón in his Raj Kamal Films International office in Chennai, writing, "Met Mr. Alfonso Cuaron my brethren and an offspring from the same mother 'cinema'. We spoke cinema, cinema and more cinema."
Kamal also revealed that they shared his joy over lunch along with the season's mangoes and some of his fraternity, including Mani Ratnam, AR Rahman, Ravi K Chandran, Mahendran, Siddharth and many others.
Siddharth also took to social media to thank Kamal for including him in the meeting, writing, "Thank you Kamal sir. It was an unforgettable experience." Cuarón is most known for award-winning movies such as "Gravity" and "Roma", and has also directed the third Harry Potter movie, "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban".
