26 Jan – Sanjay Leela Bhansali has announced his next project, and it will star married couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor. On 24 January, Bhansali Productions shared the good news on social media, with an announcement that has the signatures of the two stars, as well as another lead actor Vicky Kaushal.
"#SanjayLeelaBhansali's next EPIC saga 'LOVE & WAR' starring #RanbirKapoor @aliaabhatt & @vickykaushal09," the caption read, "See you in Cinemas on CHRISTMAS 2025!"
Alia also shared the good news on her social media account, captioning it a Heart on Fire emoji, while Vicky expressed, "An eternal cinema dream has come true." Sanjay, who had been busy working on his Netflix series, "Heeramandi", last helmed "Gangubai Kathiawadi", which also stars Alia Bhatt in the lead.
