"Takluk: Lahad Datu" continues its waves

4 Sep - It is another win for "Takluk: Lahad Datu", as the movie has now made over RM16.5 million at the domestic box office.

The news was shared by Astro Shaw on 2 September, writing, "Latest Collection: RM16.5 MILLION in 12 days of screening! Takluk: Lahad Datu continues to create a phenomenon!"

"Thank you for your incredible support! Thank you, Malaysia! Get your tickets now and be a part of history! Happy 67th National Day from us!" it added.

Starring Syafiq Kyle, Eman Manan, Josiah Hogan and many others, the based-on-a-true-story movie depicted the mission of the VAT69 Commando crew as they fight to defend the sovereignty of our homeland from attacks by terrorist groups, becoming known as the Lahad Datu 2013 standoff or Operation Daulat.
