16 Aug - It is another musician biopic time, as it was revealed that TriStar is developing a Boy George autobiographical film.

JC Lee, known for shows like "Bad Genius" and "Luce", has been hired to pen the script for the upcoming film, which will also be executive produced by the singer himself.

The movie will include music from Boy George and Culture Club, to which Primary Wave Music owns the rights, and will be adapted from the singer's three autobiographies - "Take it Like a Man", "Straight", and "Karma".

Boy George, real name George Alan O'Dowd, came to prominence as the lead singer of Culture Club, and is known for songs like "Karma Chameleon", "I Just Wanna Be Loved", and "Do You Really Want to Hurt Me".

As a solo artist, Boy George has released nine studio albums, five compilation albums and forty-eight singles.
