25 Nov - Legendary Bollywood actor Dharmendra has just passed away.

It was revealed that the legendary actor breathed his last in Mumbai on 24 November due to age-related ailments two weeks after his hospitalisation.

News of his passing as publicly confirmed by director Karan Johar, who posted on social media, "It is an end of an ERA... a massive mega star... the embodiment of a HERO in mainstream cinema... incredibly handsome and the most enigmatic screen presence."

Born Dharmendra Kewal Krishan Deol in December 1935, the actor made his debut in "Dil Bhi Tera Hum Bhi Tere" (1960) after winning a talent contest by Filmfare magazine.
