13 Jan - The devastating Los Angeles wildfires that began in Pacific Palisades on 7 January have now claimed the homes of numerous Hollywood celebrities, revealing the growing scale of destruction across the area's affluent neighborhoods.

"This Is Us" stars have been particularly impacted, with both Mandy Moore and her co-star Milo Ventimiglia losing their homes. Ventimiglia, whose wife is pregnant, described the surreal experience: "I think there's a kind of shock moment where you're going, 'Oh, this is real and this is happening.'"

Paris Hilton confirmed the loss of her Malibu home and has taken action to help others affected, launching a fundraiser where she'll match the first USD 100,000 and personally donate an additional USD 100,000 through her nonprofit.

The list of impacted celebrities continues to grow, including acclaimed actors Jeff Bridges, Anthony Hopkins, and Eugene Levy of "Schitt's Creek." Other notable names include singer Jhene Aiko, actor Cary Elwes, songwriter Diane Warren, and Beyonce's mother Tina Knowles.

In Pacific Palisades, where the fire originated, actor Miles Teller and his wife Keleigh lost their home. Keleigh shared her heartfelt response to the community's support: "Pacific Palisades I love you beyond measure you are a little slice of heaven, we will come back stronger than ever."

The fires have also destroyed the homes of Anna Faris, Cameron Mathison, Ricki Lake, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, along with "Gossip Girl" stars Adam Brody and Leighton Meester, whose USD 6.5 million property was reduced to ruins.
