4 Aug - Another Avenger is returning to the limelight, as Mark Ruffalo will be reprising his role as Bruce Banner/Hulk in "Spider-Man: Brand New Day".

The actor, who made his debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe 14 years ago, will be joining Tom Holland in the new Spider-Man sequel, which marks the first Spider-Man movie under director Destin Daniel Cretton of "Shang-Chi" fame.

At the same time, Michael Mando is also returning to reprise the role of the Scorpion, the villain from "Spider-Man: Homecoming", while Jon Bernthal will reprise his role as the vigilante The Punisher.

This will be the first pair-up between Spider-Man and Hulk. Prior to the two, Spider-Man has collaborated with Iron Man in the first movie, Nick Fury in the second, as well as Doctor Strange in "Spider-Man: No Way Home".

The last Marvel-related project that Ruffalo's Bruce Banner was seen in was the 2022 "She-Hulk: Attorney at Law".
