10 Sep - Chinese martial arts actor Max Zhang (aka Zhang Jin) has been announced as another star cast in the upcoming "Highlander" movie.

The actor, most known for his action films like "The Grandmaster" and "Master Z: The Ip Man Legacy", will be joining the titular star Henry Cavill, as well as other previously announced cast members like Russell Crowe, Marisa Abela, Karen Gillan, Djimon Hounsou, and Dave Bautista.

No information as to what character he will play.

The movie, to be helmed by Chad Stahelski of "John Wick" fame, is penned by Michael Finch, based on the 1980s classic film starring Christopher Lambert.

Max, who is married to Hong Kong actress Ada Choi, recently made the news after sharing about his experience suffering from a heart attack back in April this year.

"I can't describe the feeling. I felt like I would be gone if I closed my eyes, so I just kept holding on, not wanting to collapse there. When I went back to Hong Kong for a checkup, and the doctor said, 'You could have died there.'" the actor revealed.
