23 Sep - Following his injury on the set of "Spider-Man: Brand New Day" back on 19 September, it was reported that Tom Holland is taking a week off of work.

On 22 September, it was reported that Sony execs have held a meeting to work out a plan, which resulted in them halting production rather than shoot scenes without Holland.

However, the week off will not affect the movie's release date of 31 July 2026.

On the other hand, Holland is revealed to have sustained a mild concussion and that the break was as a precaution.

The film, directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, will see Holland reuniting with Zendaya and Jacob Batalon, as well as Mark Ruffalo as Hulk and Jon Bernthal as the Punisher.
