17 Nov - Shah Rukh Khan is adding another notch in his belt, and no it is not another award we are talking about.

We are talking about a new commercial tower in Dubai.

The actor shared the news on social media, and even advertised the said property, writing, "It is humbling and deeply touching to have a landmark in Dubai carry my name and to be an integral part of the cityscape forever. Dubai has always been a special place for me - a city that celebrates dreams, ambition, and possibility. Shahrukhz by Danube - this Commercial tower is a symbol of how far belief and hard work can take you."

It is noted that SRK has worked with the property company in several major campaigns, and the new commercial tower further solidifies the partnership. The property was also recently launched in Mumbai, attended by Danube Group founder, Rizwan Sajan.

The tower will be built on Sheikh Zayed Road as a 55-storey commercial development with more than 40 amenities. It will also feature a statue of Shah Rukh in his iconic "Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge" pose at the entrance for visitors.

The project is scheduled for completion by 2029.
