Something fishy is going on in the village.

22 Apr – Cinema Online recently held a special screening of "Kecoh! Hantu Raya Tok Chai" at Cathay Cineplex eCurve for our loyal readers!

The police comes to the rescue.

The film tells the story of a "Hantu Raya", whom, upon its owner, Tok Chai's death, tries to preserve its way of life by preventing the old man's from getting buried. However, the village people mistake its intentions for that of vengeance, and decide to band together with the help of the wise Tok Imam to help bury Tok Chai before dawn breaks.

Can the Tok Imam save the village?

Our readers had enjoyed the movie tremendously, stating that it has a little bit of everything that never ceased to bore the audience. Just how good was it? Here was what they had to say:

Abdul Jalil B Asri: "It's a little different from the normal ghost story. I really enjoyed the movie. I love the settings and the shooting location, very beautiful. The house really gives off a creepy feel that's quite scary. I'm giving it a perfect score, 10/10."

Nurul Nabila Binti Ahmad Jahuri: "The one word to describe the movie is 'best'! It was exciting all the way and was so funny and also scary at times. I went with a friend and we enjoyed it tremendously. I give it 7/10."
