Iftar at LCCT with Star Wars Club


Air Asia and Star Wars Malaysia Fan Club at LCCT for the Iftar celebrations held especially for the kids of Rumah Bistari, Dengkil.

7 Aug – Air Asia and the Star Wars Malaysia Fan Club (SWMFC) breathed life to the grounds of the Low-Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT), Sepang yesterday for their Iftar celebration held especially for the Rumah Bistari, Dengkil orphanage.

Also in attendance was the CEO of Air Asia Malaysia, Ms. Aireen Omar who presented 'duit raya' and goody bags for the children, whilst the Star Wars club members came clad in full movie costumes (with a Raya twist of course) to provide a fun-filled entertainment for the night.

"We hope that this event will lead to more exciting ventures between Air Asia and Star Wars Malaysia Fan Club", said Adi Azhar Majid the President of SWMFC upon presenting a token of appreciation from the club to Ms. Omar.

Apart from the Iftar feast that was home cooked by the Air Asia crew, the team also took to the stage to deck out some Raya tunes much to the delight of guests as well as the passersby at LCCT.

The winner of TV singing competition "One In A Million"; Tomok, also took to entertain guests with his hits backed by his band, Manifesto.


The festivities were held outside the enterance of LCCT.

On display by SWMFC were the unique Star Wars inspired 'Wayang Kulit'.

Darth Vader has brought over Cinnamon Lion to the Dark Side.

Emperor Palpatine is also another friend of Cinnamon.
