In what is being reported as the conclusion to the rebooted Batman trilogy by director Christopher Nolan, Oscar-winner Christian Bale ("The Fighter") leads an all-star cast again while helming the dual role of Bruce Wayne / Batman. The film also stars Anne Hathaway as Selina Kyle / Catwoman; Tom Hardy, as Bane; Marion Cotillard as Miranda Tate; and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, as John Blake. The film sees Gotham City 8 years later since the events in "The Dark Knight", overrun by gangs and Batman's return after a long absence to confront a new villian, Bane, and the latter's plans to destroy the city.

Christian Bale is Bruce Wayne/Batman.

Matthew Modine is Peter Foley.
