New demigods posters!

Percy Jackson, the son of the Greek god Poseidon is back, and the stakes are higher for his second adventure! Based on the book "The Sea Of Monsters" by Rick Riordan, the film is the sequel to the 2010 film "Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightning Thief".

This time, Percy Jackson and his demigod friends embark on a journey to retrieve the Golden Fleece to restore the poisoned Thalia's tree in order to save their training ground, Camp Half-Blood. To do that, the group have to sail to the Sea of Monsters and face the challenges that await them.

The character posters' design are a departure from the usual visually packed posters that we have come to expect from films, and resemble the fan-made graphics made on the social networking website Tumblr instead. While they do look good, the posters could have been better considering that the film now has a bigger budget for the design department as evidenced in the trailer.


Douglas Smith as Tyson, the demigod son of Poseidon and Percy's half-brother.

Leven Rambin as Clarisse La Rue, the demigod daughter of Ares.
