Here are the Spider-heroes of "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse"

Spider-Man movies tend to be about the webslinger's origin story but "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse" brings something different to the table. A lot of different things, actually. For starters, the animated film has a different Spider-Man in focus (this time the mask is donned by Miles Morales instead of Peter Parker), and he gets to meet other Spider-heroes in the same film! As the title says, our webslinging hero here travels into the Spider-Verse, where he meets various other wearers of the mask. Let's take a look below at the other Spider-heroes that will be featured in "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse". (The posters bear the American release date but remember, here we can catch the movie in cinemas on 13 December!).

First up is another dimension's Peter Parker (voiced by Jake Johnson), who,
underneath that mask, is an older, more jaded version than the one
we usually see in movies.

Miles Morales (Shameik Moore) is the new Spider-Man after the death of the
Peter Parker in his dimension.

Fun fact: Hailee Steinfeld previously said she wanted to play Batgirl but of course,
in this film, she voices Spider-Gwen instead.
