20 Jun – Yes, you read that right, Australian actor Chris Hemsworth is reportedly heading down to Kuala Lumpur for a yet-to-be-revealed film shoot. It is speculated that the film they are shooting may be "Cyber", a Michael Mann action thriller film that is currently in filming stages. The film revolves around the American and Chinese military forces working together to stop a high-level computer hacker. According to IMDB, filming has already begun in Los Angeles, California; Jakarta, Hong Kong and Port Klang. Aside from Chris Hemsworth, "Cyber" also stars Academy Award nominee Viola Davis, "Lust, Caution" star Tang Wei and singer-actor Wang Leehom.
Tentatively, Chris Hemsworth is scheduled to be in Kuala Lumpur from 2 to 6 September. Should Malaysians miss him in person, he will next appear in "Thor: The Dark World", which is out on 31 October 2013. Stay tuned for more details!
