3 Jul – It would seem that reception for "The Lego Movie" trailer that was released just last month was excellent, since Warner Bros is all set for another Lego feature film already. The movie will be based on the popular toy line Ninjago, which already has a television series titled "Ninjago: Masters Of Spinjitzu" on Cartoon Network. Brothers Dan and Kevin Hagemen, who are also the writers for the "Ninjago" television cartoon series, are already in the process of penning the movie. The Ninjago cartoon series mixes Chinese and Japanese cultural myths into one imaginary world, where it centres on the adventures of four ninjas.
As of now, it is still uncertain how much of the cartoon series will be adapted to film, but the film will definitely have an entirely different storyline. It has been described as an action adventure tale in the Lego world that will include a combination of live-action and animated elements. Meanwhile, "The Lego Movie" hits theatres February next year, and features the voices of Chris Pratt, Will Arnett, Elizabeth Banks, Morgan Freeman, Liam Neeson and many more.
