4 Jun – In commemoration with the 75th anniversary of Batman, a special Batman exhibition is being held at the Pavilion Shopping Mall, Kuala Lumpur from now until 15 June. The exhibition is being housed in a specially erected Batcave at the center court of the mall that is opened to public visitors. Visitors can expect to see from displayed figurines of the characters from Gotham City, to the life-sized statues of The Joker, Catwoman and the Caped Crusader himself. Fans may also take a walk through the history of Batman's evolution as a superhero starting from his creation in 1939.
The Dark Knight himself would also be available for photo moments with entitled shoppers and limited edition merchandises for the exhibition would be on sale.
Batman was created in 1939 by Bob Kane and Bill Finger for DC Comics, and was first adapted onto the bigscreen in 1943. Since then, there have many iterations of the character throughout the 90s until Christopher Nolan's "Dark Knight" trilogy. The character is set to reappear again in "Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice", directed by Zack Snyder, and is expected to be released on 6 May 2016.
