1 Dec – Not so long ago we received the news that Disney is working on a "Frozen" short titled "Frozen Fever" and the news have got the crowds excited. Now, it has been revealed that a sequel to the Oscar-winning movie might be in the works!
According to IGN, Idina Menzel, the voice actress of Elsa the Snow Queen, might have let slip that there is currently a sequel in production.
In a Telegraph interview, the actress was asked about the updates on the upcoming short and stage musical of "Frozen" where she revealed, "They're all in the works!"
"Not the stage show – I don't know what will happen with that – but the movie hopefully. We'll see. I'm just going along for the ride," the actress added.
Georgina Haig, Elsa's actress in TV show "Once Upon a Time" also mentioned that she believed "Frozen" sequel is currently in the works.
"Frozen" collected a total of USD3.6 million in Malaysia last year while in U.S, the film has grossed over USD400.7 million since its 22 November 2013 release. It is currently the highest-grossing animated film of all time.
